Priority images can be selected and edited during the event. For larger productions, stage, audience, brand moments, networking and technical references are planned as distinct parts of the coverage.

Event technology must work in the photograph too.

LED walls, LCD screens and projections behave differently from continuous light. Refresh rate and shutter speed must align, while pixel pitch, shooting distance and sensor resolution affect visible moiré.

Brightness differences between displays, stage lighting and people are controlled as part of the production. This creates dependable reference images for organisers and technical suppliers.

Planning for live situations

How quickly can event images be delivered?

Depending on the schedule, priority images can be selected, edited and delivered for press or social media while the event is still running.

Can you photograph LED walls and projections cleanly?

Yes. Shutter speed, refresh rate, brightness and camera position are coordinated so content, stage and people remain balanced while moiré is reduced.

Do you cover multi-day conferences?

Yes. Subjects, handovers and priorities are planned in advance so usable material is available every day.

Do you create reference images for event technology providers?

Yes. Lighting, stage construction, LED systems, projections and complete technical installations can be documented alongside the reportage.
